Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026 · Applies to Siege Toss and this website

Drizzlefrog Games makes games for iPhone. This policy explains what information Drizzlefrog Games’ games and this website collect, and how that information is used. The short version: the games don’t collect personal information.

What the game stores

Siege Toss saves your progress on your own device: the levels you’ve completed, your gold, the items you’ve bought in the in-game shop and your settings (such as music and sound). This information stays on your iPhone. It is not sent to Drizzlefrog Games or to anyone else, and Drizzlefrog Games cannot see it.

Deleting the app deletes this saved information.

What is not collected

  • The game does not ask for, collect or store your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
  • There are no accounts or sign-ins.
  • The current version of Siege Toss does not include analytics, tracking or third-party advertising, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

Any purchases in Drizzlefrog Games’ games are processed by Apple through the App Store. Drizzlefrog Games does not receive your payment card or billing details. Apple’s handling of that information is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Contacting Drizzlefrog Games

If you send an email, Drizzlefrog Games receives your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. It is used only to reply and to help with your question, and it is never sold or shared.

This website

This website has no sign-ups, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Like most websites, its hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. Those logs are not used to identify you. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s IP address when it delivers them; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Children

Drizzlefrog Games’ games are suitable for a general audience. Because the game does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information by email, get in touch and it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of a game changes what it collects (for example, by adding advertising or analytics), this policy and the game’s App Store privacy details will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
